Youll do
Consult with clients by phone/email to learn preferences and budgets
Research and build custom itineraries (flights hotels transfers tours insurance)
Book and confirm reservations manage changes and post-booking support
Keep accurate records and follow supplier policies and timelines
Maintain excellent client communication and deliver timely follow-ups
You bring
Strong customer-service and written/verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and comfort using booking tools and web platforms
Ability to work independently manage time and meet deadlines
A positive problem-solving attitude; travel experience or certifications a plus
Basic computer skills
