WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As part of the Office Management team you will play a key role in ensuring that both our office operations and IT setup run smoothly. You will help create an environment where our employees can do their best responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day office operations at our London location ensuring a smooth and well-organized workplace
- Acting as the main point of contact for all office- and IT related topics for employees and external partners
- Managing IT equipment
- Providing first-level IT support to employees and coordinating with external IT service providers when needed
- Supporting IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating vendors and service providers (i.e. office supplies cleaning)
- Supporting the planning and execution of small internal events and onsite activities
- Handling general administrative and organizational tasks
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve office and IT processes and independently taking ownership of tasks and initiatives
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- You have a strong ownership mindset take responsibility and enjoy being hands-on
- You are highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple topics at once
- You have a solid technical understanding and feel comfortable handling IT-related tasks (no developer background required)
- You enjoy working onsite and being a visible point of contact for the team
- You are fluent in English
- Ideally you have experience using tools such as Google Workspace (G Suite)
