Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel in Cameroon for an experienced Sushi Chef to join their culinary team on a fixed-term contract.
This role is suited to a skilled and detail-oriented chef with a strong background in high-end sushi preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi to luxury hospitality standards
Ensure consistency freshness and excellent presentation of all dishes
Maintain strict hygiene health and safety standards at all times
Manage stock storage and ingredient quality
Work efficiently within a professional kitchen team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of sushi techniques knife skills and food safety
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Availability to commit to a 2-month contract
Package Includes:
USD 1700 nett per month
Live-in accommodation provided
