Job Summary

The Mission We are recruiting a clinical expert to join a private medical detail that values the high standards of Scandinavian healthcare. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a mega-yacht. This role offers a unique professional environment with a cruising itinerary that explores the most pristine waters of the Mediterranean including Vis (Croatia) Gallipoli (Apulia) Lefkada (Greece) and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

The Team You will integrate into a medical department designed for excellence. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor supported by resident Physiotherapists and a cohesive Western-trained nursing crew. We highly value the clinical autonomy and near-native English proficiency that Swedish nurses bring to the team.

The Safety We prioritize a balanced working environment. The medical roster is managed through a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you are never working alone during clinical hours and have guaranteed downtime to enjoy the yachts amenities and the diverse ports of call.

The Process We respect your current commitments. The initial screening and interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this position from Stockholm before any travel is required.

Qualifications: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / Sjuksköterskeexamen) is mandatory.
Experience: You must possess 4 years of Acute Care experience (IVA / Intensivvård Akutmottagning or similar high-dependency units).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency is required.
Attributes: We seek a professional who is structured calm under pressure and capable of maintaining the highest levels of discretion.
