Job Summary

We are seeking an Association Administrator Marketing to support the execution of our marketing communications and administrative initiatives. This role plays a vital part in strengthening our associations visibility engagement and overall member experience.

About the Role

The Association Administrator Marketing supports day-to-day marketing operations including content delivery campaign coordination digital updates and event communications. You will collaborate closely with our brand team and cross-functional departments to support brand awareness member recruitment program promotion and stakeholder engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive organized creative and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Communications
Execute marketing campaigns across email website and social media channels
Schedule newsletters announcements reminders and event promotions
Create and update marketing materials presentations flyers and visuals
Manage social media content calendars and engagement



Website & Digital Content Management
Update website pages news items directories and resources
Post events programs and sponsor/member spotlights
Monitor website analytics and support reporting efforts
Ensure digital content remains accurate and current



Event & Program Marketing
Execute communications for conferences webinars and programs
Manage event registration emails and follow-up communications
Update event pages and promotional materials
Track and report key marketing metrics (email performance website traffic social engagement campaign ROI)



Administrative & Project Coordination
Maintain organized marketing records and workflows
Execute campaign timelines and coordinate with vendors
Support cross-department communication requests
Assist with documentation and SOP updates



Systems & Data Management
Maintain contact lists and audience segmentation within AMS/CRM platforms
Support reporting on marketing performance and KPIs
Update directories sponsor listings and resource libraries




Requirements

What Were Looking For


Required Experience
24 years of experience in marketing communications administrative support or association roles
Strong writing editing and content creation skills
Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
Experience with tools such as Mailchimp Asana Hootsuite Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Social media management experience (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
Strong customer-service mindset
Ability to travel to quarterly team meetings (additional travel may be required)



Preferred Qualifications
Experience in associations non-profits or chapter-based organizations
Familiarity with event communications and promotional logistics
Basic knowledge of content marketing SEO and storytelling

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize website structure speed and performance. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements. Collaborate with developers to fix crawl indexing and site architecture issues. Work with marketing to ensure content and campaigns are SEO-friendly. Monitor analytics rankings and organic traffic performance. Maintain SEO tools and reporting dashboards. Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Technical SEO and Website Management. Solid knowledge of Google Search Console Analytics Tag Manager and SEO tools (Ahrefs SEMrush etc.). Understanding of HTML CSS and basic technical troubleshooting. Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with WordPress Webflow or similar CMS.
