We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team. The intern will primarily support our General HR and Recruitment functions and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Allowance will be provided. The role will primarily support US operations and you will be expected to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee training records certifications and licenses.
Handle basic training-related correspondence and inquiries.
Support the Recruitment team in sourcing candidates converting resumes and creating job postings.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

Currently pursuing a degree in BSBA Major in Human Resource Management BS Psychology or any relevant degree; We also accept fresh graduates.
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Must be creative and resourceful.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Access Excel and PowerPoint and Canva.
