Job Summary

The role is based in Townsville Monday to Friday during business hours with flexibility for a hybrid arrangement including some days in the office and some working from home.

As a Medical Support Officer you will take on a variety of responsibilities including customer service answering phones and coordinating bookings and results forHealth Surveillancemedicals and assessments. As the first point of contact your duties will include:

  • Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
  • SchedulingHealth Surveillancet assessments.
  • Collating results fromHealth Surveillanceassessments and liaising with KINNECTs medical team.
  • Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.

The successful candidate willbe requiredto work an 8-hour shift between 8am and4pm with a 30-minute break mustbe flexible to work different hours on occasion.
