Job Summary
Location: Wilmington DE (Hybrid/Remote Home Office with Local Office Travel)
- Recruit train establish relationships and support residential HVAC insulation and homeperformance contractors.
- Conduct outreach via field visits presentations and contractor engagement.
- Support program events and stakeholder outreach
- Oversee field verification teams ensuring program compliance and installation quality.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspections remediation needs and customerfacing issues.
- Track market conditions and contractor performance to improve program outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal program leadership operations and marketing teams.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 20% to 60% of the time. (reimbursement for mileage provided)
- Bachelors Degree in (Energy Business Communications Sciences Environmental or related fields)(candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
- Must be located or willing to relocate to the state of Delaware
- 5 years of experience with residential energy efficiency or HPwES programs
- 3 years of experience with the ability to analyze program data and field inspection outcomes.
- BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record Check)
- Demonstrated experience inleading outreach teams andconducting outreach to decision makers and stakeholders toidentifyenergy efficiency project opportunities in commercialand multifamilyproperties.
- Excellent communication and ability to present
- Knowledge of HVAC building envelope and wholehome performance.
- Strong communication and contractor relationshipbuilding skills.
- Experience and knowledge ofcommercialenergy efficiency in Delaware.
- Experience in the energy industry
- Experience in B2B outside sales
- Experience working in or managing a trade ally/service providernetwork
- Certified Energy Manager or BPI credentials
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborativeteam
- Familiarity with energy and environmental metrics/KPIs (kWhtherms BTUs MTCO2etc.)
