Job Summary
Were seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our Darwin-based team on a permanent basis responsible for maintaining and monitoring core business infrastructure and systems.
This role involves delivering technology solutions responding to Severity 2 and 3 incidents and supporting both service and project requests.
Responsibilities
Implement and support infrastructure technologies across a range of business systems.
Respond to and resolve Severity 2 and 3 incidents in a timely manner.
Manage service and project requests with a customer-focused approach.
Contribute to infrastructure design implementation and ongoing support.
Able toParticipate in after-hours work on-call roster and project activities as required.
Skills & Experience
Were looking for candidates with demonstrated experience across the following:
Windows Server and Desktop OS Active Directory Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud) Microsoft Teams.
VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies.
Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software.
SAN technologies for storage design implementation or administration.
Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting.
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices.
Incident Problem and Change Management processes.
Experience with complex systems environments (physical and virtualised).
