Job Description: Tableau Developer - GIG
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex datasets into intuitive interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering high-quality visual analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain interactive and performance-optimized Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Translate complex business logic and KPIs into clear insightful and user-friendly visualizations.
- Validate data accuracy consistency and timeliness by cross-checking with source systems.
- Perform data extraction transformation and preparation using Tableau Prep SQL or other ETL tools as necessary.
- Apply best practices in dashboard design including usability accessibility responsive layouts color theory and data storytelling.
- Publish manage and monitor dashboards on Tableau Server ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features industry trends and advanced visualization techniques to drive innovation.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Python is an added advantage.
