About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy results-orientedCommercial Truck Rental Sales Representativeto drive business growth in our Western Washington this role you manage a territory of B2B accounts helping businesses with their transportation strategy and providing the equipment they need to stay operational.
You will manage the full sales cycleto negotiating long-term contracts and providing post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunitiesthrough cold calling networking and field visits.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer transportation needs and recommend tailored solutionsto optimize their fleet operations.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and maximize revenue.
- Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare accurate estimateswhile managing a consistent sales pipeline.
- Market Insight: Monitor competitor activityand industry trends to effectively position our rental products.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2Bexperience; prior experience in transportation leasing or heavy equipment is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in using a CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)and Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing in and out of large trucksand working in various weather conditions.
