Pay:$2300.40/week(plus $2500 completion bonus per contract up to $7500 after three contracts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves caring for patients who require close monitoring and specialized nursing interventions typically those transitioning from intensive care or with complex medical conditions. The RN will provide high-quality care manage advanced therapies and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to PCU patients including cardiac monitoring and advanced assessments.
- Administer medications IV therapies and manage complex treatment plans.
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes treatments and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
- Licensure: Current RN license in State.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU telemetry or critical care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and progressive care protocols.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
