Branch Manager
Price Electric is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its well established Eastern Iowa branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for the forward-moving cohesive actions of the entire branchoperationally financially and strategically. This role balances hands-on operational oversight with strategic leadership to ensure the branch is profitable efficient safe and aligned with company goals and core values. The Branch Manager focuses on understanding and analyzing branch strengths and opportunities and communicating vision mission and initiatives in branch terms. Working closely with both branch leadership and headquarters teams this role drives continuous improvement develops people and ensures execution of strategies that support long-term growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and execute the Branch Business Plan.
- Manage business development sales and estimating activities.
- Build lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Champion a proactive and uncompromising safety culture.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting WIP and AR.
- Strengthen customer relationships and market presence.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field (or equivalent training and experience).
- 10 years of construction industry experience to demonstrate expertise in construction contracts and documentation project planning and delivery construction business processes and financial understanding.
- Electrical industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading teams with supervisory and exempt-level direct reports.
Skills & Attributes
- Results-driven leadership style with strengths in critical thinking problem-solving adapting leading change delegating holding self and team accountable and meeting commitments.
- Excellent communication collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office ERP systems and construction management software.
