We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing medical community in Fredericksburg VA. Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal orthopedic neurological and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal orthopedic neurological and vestibular conditions
- Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
- Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
- Develop implement and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans wellness strategies injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate timely and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic neurological or sports therapy preferred
- $90k-$110k with productivity bonus potential
