Job Title:Panther Pantry Work Study

Location:Ellsworth Community College Iowa Falls IA

Department:Osgood Library

Reports to:Library Services Manager

Semester:Fall 2025

Number of Openings:4

Rate of Pay:$9.00 per hour

Summary:The purpose of this position is to work day hours assisting students receiving personal care items. Work is to be performed outside of class time. The length of employment is routinely the academic year (fall and spring terms); however some work may be performed during the summer as needed.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Greet and assist all students who visit the Panther Pantry
  • Clean shelve and organize items in the Panther Pantry
  • Market the Panther Pantry to students
  • Prepare supplies needs lists
  • Complete timesheets accurately and appropriately
Abilities:
  • Good people skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Strong technology and database research skills and ability to communicate them to others.
  • Good organizational skills and take direction.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy completing tasks.
Education and Experience:HS Diploma or equivalent
