Join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate and be an integral part of our dynamic sales environment! In this role you will focus on delivering top-notch customer service assisting customers with their wireless needs and driving sales for our telecommunication and home entertainment products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
- Stay informed about the latest product information and features.
- Accurately describe product benefits and features to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation required for on-site work.

- High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
