Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Data Privacy Service Provider to support data protection and privacy initiatives under the guidance of senior service providers or project leads. The role involves assisting organizations in safeguarding their data assets implementing data privacy compliance frameworks and adopting best practices for data protection in alignment with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of Data Privacy Management frameworks across client organizations.
Assist senior service providers or project leads in executing data privacy projects and compliance initiatives.
Help assess organizational data processing activities and identify privacy risks and gaps.
Support the development and documentation of privacy policies procedures and standards.
Assist in data mapping data inventories and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Participate in privacy impact and risk assessments under supervision.
Support implementation of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR local data protection laws or industry standards).
Help monitor adherence to data protection policies and controls.
Assist in awareness initiatives training materials and best-practice guidance for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT Security Legal Compliance) to support privacy-by-design principles.
Support incident response activities related to data privacy including documentation and follow-up actions.
Additional Information :
Required Skills & Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience in Data Privacy Management or Data Protection implementation.
Basic to intermediate understanding of data protection regulations and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with data privacy concepts such as consent management data subject rights data minimization and retention.
Experience supporting audits assessments or compliance initiatives related to data privacy.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under guidance and follow established methodologies and frameworks.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
