What youll do
Every day as a Care Team Leader is different but your leadership makes a lasting difference empowering your team to deliver truly life-changing support.
You will:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding person-centred care in clients own homes
- Ensure personal care is always provided with the highest standards of dignity respect and compassion
- Foster companionship emotional support and reassurance for clients while guiding your team to build strong trusting relationships
- Oversee safe and accurate assistance with medication mobility mealtimes and daily living activities across the team
- Act as a trusted leader within a close-knit local team providing guidance motivation hands-on support when needed and being a positive role model for best practice

Were looking for people who are:
- Naturally caring compassionate and committed to person-centred support
- Strong leaders with the ability to motivate guide and support a team of Care Assistants
- Reliable organised and able to oversee high standards of care delivery
- Eager to grow and develop (with our full training supervision support and pathways to qualifications like Level 3/4 in Leadership and Management)
- Experienced in adult social care (ideally with prior hands-on care experience and some supervisory/shift-leading exposure; full training provided if stepping up)
- Holders of a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for visiting clients supporting the team in the community and covering rotas)
