- To ensure that all guest accommodation is well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests expectations.
- Assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor with the allocation of duties including the completion of timesheets and rotas.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate a team of 23 to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards across 112 hotel rooms.
- Ensure the housekeeping team have received the correct COSHH and Health & Safety training and are adhering to the correct procedures.
- To be competent using IT and Microsoft Office.
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests.
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames.
- To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
- Being approachable and the first point of call to the housekeeping team members.
- Having a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
- Having excellent organisational skills.
- Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best.
Hours of Work:
- This role is based on 30 hours per week.
- And would involve working 4 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience of working in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Strong IT and computer skills is essential.
