- Develop and validate HPLC methods (reverse phase and chiral) to support characterization and purity assessment of both non-GMP and GMP manufactured radio-labelled APIs.
- Troubleshoot both instrumentation and methods in a timely fashion.
- Ensure high quality analytical results are generated according to established written procedures and in line with client expectations and timelines.
- Communicate progress and escalate challenges to Line Manager project teams and customers as appropriate.
- Represent Analytical Support and Eurofins Selcia in project teams and customer meetings
- Plan their own work and prioritise as necessary with the minimum level of supervision.
- Solve complex scientific problems.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure work executed appropriately.
- Lead out of specification investigations and associated quality records as required.
- Promote good scientific practice and process improvements in line with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability/potential to coach and/or mentor junior scientists.
Qualifications :
Ph.D or Graduate educated with 2 or more years working in a regulated laboratory.
A key team player and proactive individual with the ability to successfully deliver results within tight deadlines and an eye for detail you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a strong customer-focused approach.
