Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
Please note this is a full time role working 39 hours a week - Monday to Friday (Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 17:15 and Wednesday 09:00-17:30.
- Chemistry testing biopharma products to include method verifications method transfers and method development.
- Support the resolution of any quality issues.
- Communicate with clients and and attend client meetings.
- Write and review of exceptions.
- Be responsible for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Support equipment calibration qualification and maintenance.
- Support self-inspections.
- Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Delivery of chemistry training.
Qualifications :
- Understanding of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
- Experienced working in a Chemistry role in a GMP/GLP environment
- Degree in Life Science.
