Job Summary

The AI Solution Enablement Specialist will be the face of AI enablement for sales and pre-sales teams. This role is focused on energizing internal teams delivering impactful training sessions and ensuring that sales professionals are confident and credible in front of customers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic presenter internal evangelist and strategic orchestrator of enablement content.

 

  • Define and execute the AI solutions enablement strategy for sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Lead engaging training sessions and workshops acting as a visible and credible voice of AI enablement.
  • Collaborate with the Go To Market Enablement team and the AI Business Unit to source and refine content.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools demos and messaging to succeed.
  • Implement light-touch governance to measure enablement effectiveness (e.g. video pitches feedback loops etc.).
  • Create feedback mechanisms such as office hours / clinics and open forums to gather insights from the field.
  • Drive accountability through creative coaching and performance tracking.

Qualifications :

  • Strong presenter with the ability to inspire and educate internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and AI technologies.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and working directly with sales reps and pre-sales engineers.
  • Passionate about driving execution and internal excitement around AI offerings.
