Job Summary
- Design deploy and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows macOS and mobile platforms to support retail and e-commerce operations
- Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune Jamf or similar solutions)
- Develop and implement device configuration policies security standards and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines
- Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell Python or Bash) to improve operational efficiency
- Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning onboarding updates patch management and decommissioning
- Monitor endpoint health security posture and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoint devices meet security standards and compliance requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and resolutions
- Manage Active Directory and identity management systems to ensure proper user access and device authentication
- Coordinate with retail store managers and e-commerce teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Stay current with industry best practices emerging technologies and vendor updates in endpoint management
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management IT infrastructure or systems administration
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune Autopilot Entra ID.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration
- Strong knowledge of device management configuration and deployment across multiple operating systems
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell Python Bash or similar languages)
- Solid understanding of Active Directory identity management and network security principles
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of patch management and software deployment processes
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and hybrid IT environments
- Experience with device compliance and security monitoring tools
- Understanding of retail technology infrastructure and operational requirements
- Knowledge of e-commerce systems and their technology dependencies
- Familiarity with multi-platform device management in enterprise environments
