1. Onboarding & Induction Support
Coordinate pre-joining formalities including documentation verification and employee data entry.
Prepare onboarding kits ID cards welcome letters and joining documentation.
Schedule and assist in conducting induction programs and hotel orientation sessions.
Ensure all new joiners complete mandatory documentation and compliance requirements.
Maintain onboarding trackers and employee records accurately in HR systems.
Act as the first point of contact for new employees for basic HR queries during their initial days.
2. Employee Engagement Initiatives
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities celebrations and recognition programs.
Support monthly birthday celebrations festivals town halls and appreciation events.
Coordinate internal communication for engagement activities (emails notices posters).
Collect feedback from employees to support continuous improvement in engagement programs.
Maintain engagement calendars and activity reports.
3. Employee Experience & Support
Support employee welfare initiatives and HR helpdesk activities.
Assist in preparing employee letters (confirmation appreciation transfers etc.).
Help ensure smooth completion of probation reviews and documentation.
Promote a positive work culture aligned with brand values and service excellence standards.
4. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee files and HRMIS data.
Prepare reports related to new hires attendance and engagement metrics.
Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
