Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay templates including salary planning merit cycles bonus calculations budgeting proration logic eligibility rules and workflow routing.
  • Implement and optimize business rules calculation logic cycle guidelines and template structures to support scalable compensation planning processes.
  • Apply strong technical understanding of compensation frameworksmerit matrices bonus plans pay structures guideline modelingand translate them into system configuration.
  • Execute and support endtoend compensation cycles including data loads validation cycle monitoring realtime issue resolution and payout accuracy checks.
  • Ensure technical alignment and integration between Compensation/Variable Pay and downstream modules (Performance & Goals Succession & Development) as well as HRIS payroll and financial systems.
  • Lead data preparation mapping transformation and validation activities across compensation cycles; maintain data integrity and audit compliance.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay along with certification in one additional Talent Suite module (either Performance & Goals or Succession & Development) and the HCM Platform
