Job Summary
Support Project Managers in managing finance of multiple projects.
Coordination with vendors Project team and finance team for timely receipt and posting of transactions.
Budgeting and tracking the budget spend monthly annually or complete life of the project.
Find gaps if any between budget and actuals each month ensure the gap is minimal.
Attend Teams meetings with client project manager and portfolio managers who are USA based.
Attend late evening meetings/calls to accommodate time zone gap between India and USA.
Work in flexible hours.
Keep track of PO spent and resource time cost.
Invoice to US client and managing AR.
Book vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Resource allocation tracking.
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in Finance and Accounts
Good written & oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good decision-making skills and customer focus
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Education
. passed.
Preference to Final dropouts of CA/CS/CMA
Preference to MBA
