The opportunity
The Learning Manager (LM) oversees the deployment planning and delivery of service line and sub-service line programming. Partner with business leaders to align learning programs with organizational goals and measure impact. They may be asked to be involved with cross-service-line learning and other key learning initiatives as they arise. This role promotes overall synergies with the firms learning strategies. The LM also contributes to a range of learning operations functions including learning administration vendor management and budgeting. This role needs to effectively balance working very independently and overseeing the work of the Learning Specialist and Learning Services Coordinator. The LM applies a consultative approach to address business needs with Learning team members and the practice on a regular basis.
This role works with and reports to the Learning Leader (LL) to evolve learning support across teams and create deployment plans for specific Tax competency groups as well as broader service line initiatives. Additionally this role is responsible for the project management of large Tax learning events. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills and experience with learning compliance.
