Your future challenges:
Were looking for Python Engineers to join our team. Youll work closely with product managers analysts and other engineers to turn ideas into working practice that means discussing requirements shaping how things should work and then building and improving the systems behind them.
What youll work on:
Most of your work will be on backend services written in Python (mainly Django).
Youll be adding new features but also spending time understanding and improving existing parts of the system.
Some tasks are straightforward others require digging into how things currently work and finding a better approach.
Youll take part in code reviews and technical discussions and contribute to how we design and evolve our systems.
How we work:
We collaborate closely across engineering product and analytics ideas are usually shaped together.
We work in 2-week sprints with most communication happening via Slack and regular team meetings.
Our stack is not fixed we evolve it over time and youll have a say in how things improve.
Tech environment: Python (Django) AWS Kubernetes Docker Terraform PostgreSQL Grafana etc.

Job requirements
Around 45 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
Experience building backend systems (ideally APIs or services in Django).
Solid understanding of SQL and working with relational databases.
Ability to write clear maintainable code and work with existing codebases.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and basic scripting.
Experience working in a team where engineers product and business collaborate closely.
English at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech or payment systems (e.g. card processing transaction flows).
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS) or containerized environments.
