Our Housekeeping department is the heart of our hotels operations with Housepersons playing a pivotal role. As a Houseperson you will:

• Assist the team by delivering linen chemicals and laundry throughout the property.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks as required.
• Fulfill guest requests by delivering items to rooms.
• Uphold impeccable standards of property presentation hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure corridors remain clear of trays linen trolleys and cages.
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience while supporting seamless hotel operations.
• Ensure pantries and storage rooms are cleaned and organised daily.
• Dispose of garbage bins and refresh with clean ones on a daily basis. 

Qualifications :

• Possess a positive friendly and guest-focused attitude
• Are physically fit and comfortable working independently
• Have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate flexibility reliability and are available to work a seven-day roster including weekends and holidays.
