Houseperson
You are the backbone of our housekeeping team! As a Houseperson you will support our housekeeping attendants and ensure our hotel runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your efforts help create a clean organised and welcoming environment for our guests.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Housekeeping team by delivering linen cleaning supplies and amenities to guest rooms and back-of-house areas.
- Supporting the uniform room and laundry operations as assigned.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness and organisation of public areas and storage spaces.
- Handling guest items with care and ensuring privacy is always respected.
- Working as part of a fun diverse team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is a plus!
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming.
- And eye for detail and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
