Salary: R25 000 R30 000 per month Commission

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedTravel Agent to join our clients team in Kempton Park. Youll play a key role in assisting travellers with planning booking and coordinating self-drive adventures across Southern Africa.
This role requires strong travel industry knowledge excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone email and chat with travel enquiries and bookings
- Tailor self-drive itineraries and vehicle rental packages to client needs
- Handle full reservation process: quotations bookings confirmations amendments
- Promote add-ons and upsell services such as camping equipment insurance and guesthouse stays
- Liaise with operations and fleet teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and reservations
- Provide after-sales support and respond to queries or issues
- Meet individual and team sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years experience in travel consulting or sales within the tourism/hospitality sector
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Southern African travel routes and destinations is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in reservation or travel management systems (e.g. Tourplan Travelogic etc.)
