Then come and be a part of our 12- week intensive Graduate Nurse Acute Revive program.

The Program

On joining the Program you will placed at one of our acute/rehabilitation Healthscope hospitals in a dedicated clinical area. You will be given supernumerary time to assist your transition along with a dedicated education program to develop all your acute skills.

The program will run for 12 weeks and on completion applicants will continue to access shifts through Healthscopes Victorian Casual Flexi Crew where you can experience working across a number of Healthscope hospitals and different clinical areas which will enable you to enhance and develop your nursing career. The position throughout the program is that of casual with the potential for permanent part time positions after the program as available or you may wish to remain in a casual capacity.

To be able to participate in the program applicants must attend all 6 study days inclusive of Healthscope orientation and be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week across the 7-day roster - excluding night duty.

Requirements for the program:

We are looking for Graduate Enrolled Nurses (EN)that are:

• Flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing clinical landscape
• Committed to the successful completion of the program
• Motivated and enjoy the challenge of working in a team environment
• Passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service and patient centered care

To be eligible for the program:

• You must have current AHPRA registration

• ENs must be endorsed to administer medications via all routes (including IV)

• Working rights within Australia

• Have completed your nursing studies within the last 12 months

• Current Working with Childrens Check (Employee Version)

Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week for the duration of the program.

The program is scheduled to commence the week of Monday 11th May 2026
