Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Details:
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shifts
Weekends: Off
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $65/hour
Job Description:
ATC Northwest is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support patient carein Vancouver WA. This role focuses on evaluating developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility strength and overall functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
Requirements:
Active Washington PT License
Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
Minimum 1 year PT experience
COVID vaccination
Recent PPD test or chest X-ray
Clear criminal background check & drug screening
Reliable transportation and smartphone
