This graduate role will see you working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues to:
Youll grow through on-the-job training and a full study support package as you work towards achieving either the CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance or ICA International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance.
Requirements:
Our graduate roles are journeys of learning experience and in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your 36-to-48 months on the apprenticeship programme.To transform your tomorrow with WTW youll need to be:
An LLB (law degree) would also be an asset but its not essential.
Over the course of 36-48 months alongside the responsibilities of your role you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider will equip you with all of the materials required six hours per week to focus on your studies and the support of a tutor you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required both academically and in your role. Further information on the apprenticeship will be provided post offer; however we encourage you to research the requirements of the apprenticeship standard in advance of your interview.
