Providing All Living Supports (PALS) is expanding and were looking for a capable confident Support Coordinator ready to take ownership of a portfolio and make real impact.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll guide participants to implement their NDIS plans and build stronger more independent futures.
Translate plans into actionable supports
Connect participants with quality providers
Navigate NDIS processes confidently
Build participant capacity and choice over time
Coordinate services to deliver real outcomes
Maintain accurate timely documentation

Youll manage relationships solve problems and ensure supports actually work

What Were Looking For

Tertiary qualification and/or experience working in the Community Services sector (Disability Heath Welfare)
Experience in Support Coordination case management or disability services
Strong understanding of NDIS and participant choice & control
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
Clear communicator both written and verbal
Confident decision maker with professional boundaries
Organised accountable and outcome-driven

You know how to balance empathy with efficiency.
