Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Risk Workstation Product Area to aid in the development of high-quality applications servicing Risk and other business units. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team to modernize this critical application that allows the firm to manage many types of risks. The Project Manager leads project teams of internal and external stakeholders to convert the defined contribution plans of new clients to Fidelity or make changes to the plans of existing clients.
The Expertise Were Looking For
Bachelors Degree
5 years of experience in 2 of the following 3 areas; implementation project management and/or client management
Confidently lead by influence and use strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across organizations
Analytical organized and have strong multi-tasking skills
Decisive creative and adaptable with experience developing and executing solutions for clients while balancing business goals and priorities
Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives and other special projects for the team
Strong knowledge of financial services and/or brokerage services
Leading multiple projects and prioritizing workload based on urgency importance client expectations and business needs delegating decision-making to team members as appropriate
Developing project timelines and ensuring that project team members complete requirements on time while anticipating challenges and formulating solutions before the project is adversely impacted
Monitoring and reporting on project status
Consulting with clients to understand their needs
Maintaining knowledge of ERISA IRC and DOL regulations and understanding the impact of pending legislation
Coaching and mentoring others to draw out their skills and expertise
Capable to lead influence and empower colleagues (local and global) without formal authority.
Ability to establish and maintain multi-functional relationships across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on approach.
You have strong communication skills to drive and influence meaningful discussions with partners across business and architecture.
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated knowledge of the brokerage business operations & accounting

The base salary range for this position is $ USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
