Job Summary
Bowser Automotive are seeking a creative driven and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic dealership team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital storytelling brand growth and community engagement.
You will work directly with the Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Develop and curate high-quality content including written copy images and videos tailored to our target audience.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding voice and values.
- Oversee consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
Website & Digital Optimization
- Assist with website updates and improvements.
- Monitor and assess website analytics to support marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and lead generation.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain dealership social media channels (Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts that drive interaction and brand awareness.
- Grow and nurture our online presence.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers and followers online.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute social media campaigns promoting new vehicle launches sales events and dealership initiatives.
- Support seasonal promotions and brand campaigns.
Event Support
Assist in planning and executing dealership events and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track analyze and report on social media performance using tools such as Sprout Social.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
Industry Awareness & Collaboration
- Stay current on social media trends digital marketing strategies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to support dealership-wide marketing goals.
- Assist the Marketing Director with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong writing editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media management platforms .
- Familiarity with website analytics tools .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
