Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) Clinical Liaison/Marketing positionin the Overland Parkarea.
Job Description:
The LPN Clinical Liaison will determine if the patient is eligible for hospice care. Communicates with the families of patients. Interacts with a variety of hospital staff from different departments. Assesses patients upon admission to the hospital or medical facility. Reviews patients medical records. Explains care options to patients and their families. Will develop relationships in the community on behalf of the medical facility. Schedules speaking engagements at community events. Works with the facilitys marketing and sales team to bring awareness of the facilitys strengths and services into the community at large.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Kansas- required
- Experience in Nursing Home Hospice or Home Health Marketing- preferred
- Highly Organized andDetail Oriented
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
- Clean background and drug screen
