A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Territory Manager youll team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring our innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers in your community. Youll leverage your industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification. Your mission: grow the territory build strong relationships and help people living with diabetes thrive.

This is a field-based role based in the Washington DC Metro and includes occassional travel up to Glen Burnie & Mt. Airy MD.

Territory Managers with Tandem also:

  • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans.

  • Spot opportunities open doors and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs DOs RNs CDEs RPhs etc.) to create value.

  • Leverage advanced sales methodologiesincluding the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Managementalong with strong communication and collaboration skills to demonstrate value and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers patients and clinical educators.

  • Represent Tandem at events conventions and community outreach.

  • Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.

  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory legal and safety requirements.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3 years of industry sales experience preferably in diabetes endocrinology insulin infusion pumps or managed care.

  • Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid drivers license insurance and good driving record required.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving market.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The base pay for this position is $101025 to 123475 annually with a target earning potential of $176025 to 198475 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge skills experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidates location and the overall job addition to base pay Tandem offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits package.

Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical dental vision health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts.
