The Team:
The CIQ External API team is responsible for managing all external APIs that enable clients to access and consume data from multiple data sources including CIQ CIQ Pro and IPD. These APIs support over 800 active external clients making this a critical client-facing component of our business.
The team is currently focused on expanding integrations with new data providers such as ChatIQ Visible Alpha and SNL Financial as well as enhancing existing functionalities for client consumption and improving overall API performance.
Also ensure the GDS API framwork is scalable for the increased usage growth modernize where necessary perform mandatory maintenance BAU and general systems upkeeping. Improve Disaster Recovery/High Availability posture and ultimately migrate the CiQ to CIQ Pro.
The team works in a challenging environment that gives ample opportunities to use innovative ideas to solve complex problems. You will have the opportunity every day to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and will be able to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe.
The Impact:
This role is very critical as the individual will contribute to the development and delivery of ChatIQ and GQL onboarding in GDS as well as delivering to external clients. Additionally they will need to manage the infrastructure of GDS ensure that existing API functionalities are not broken and support any client issues.
