Pay Range: per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday Full Time
Benefits for Full-time employees
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children and staff each day
- Follow established menus portion guidelines and allergy-safe food procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and fully sanitary kitchen that meets all state and licensing standards
- Track inventory manage supply orders and minimize waste
- Support special events with themed meals and family-friendly celebrations
- Ensure proper food labeling temperature checks and safe storage
- Partner with Center leadership and teachers to keep children safe and happy
- Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a childcare center school or commercial kitchen
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Excellent organization time management and teamwork skills
