Working closely with the Senior Rehabilitation and Reintegration Manager you will shape service design oversee contractdelivered programs enhance data collection and reporting systems and ensure seamless coordination between custodial case management community and postrelease supports.

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitative Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering highimpact rehabilitative clinical wellbeing and culturally responsive programs for people in custody. This pivotal leadership role plays a critical part in reducing reoffending enhancing continuity of care and supporting successful transitions back into the community.
You will:
- Lead mentor and manage multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
- Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of evidencebased rehabilitation and reintegration programs.
- Manage operational and financial performance including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity compliance governance and clinical accountability.
- Drive service outcomes focused on reducing recidivism and strengthening reintegration pathways.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and Alliance partners.
- Support continuity of care through integrated pre and postrelease planning.
- Represent rehabilitation services at operational strategic and crossagency forums.

About You
You are a confident and compassionate leader with the ability to inspire professional teams in a complex operating environment. You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in psychology social work counselling behavioural science or a related discipline.
- Professional registration (where applicable).
- Demonstrated leadership experience within rehabilitation clinical community or correctional settings.
- Strong understanding of substance use treatment wellbeing interventions and reintegration theory.
- Knowledge of the Good Lives Model RiskNeedResponsivity principles and what works evidence in reducing reoffending.
- Experience driving service quality governance data reporting and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to traumainformed culturally responsive and ethical practice.
