The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with employment and safeguarding regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating recruitment and safer recruitment checks
Maintaining personnel records and HR databases
Managing staff contracts and documentation
Supporting onboarding and induction processes
Monitoring staff absence and leave
Supporting payroll administration
Advising staff on HR policies
Assisting with performance management processes
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements
Liaising with external HR advisors
This role requires discretion accuracy and strong organisational capability.
The HR Officer works closely with the School Business Manager and Finance team within a structured operational framework.
Experience in HR administration
