Job Summary

Join our Axiom team - work remotely from Thailand

Were looking for someone to join our team in Thailand supporting our Axiom team based in Melbourne and helping our Australian customers.

Youll support customers by responding to inquiries and handling bookings and rebookings via phone email and chat. Youll also work closely with our internal teams to make sure orders are processed smoothly and dont get delayed.

Its a role where you need to stay organized keep track of multiple things at once and be comfortable both talking to people and working in systems.

If you like solving problems helping customers and being part of a team that relies on each other youll do well here.

Diakrit is a Swedish real estate marketing company founded in 2001. We work with real estate agents in several countries.

Axiom is our Melbourne-based brand focused on Australia. From Thailand our team supports Australian customers and helps coordinate their marketing orders.

Youll be part of a stable experienced team with clear ways of working.

What youll do

  • Talk to customers via phone email and chat

  • Handle bookings and rebookings

  • Coordinate orders with our internal teams

  • Keep track of ongoing cases and follow up when needed

  • Handle around 40-60 customer interactions per day

  • Solve issues when they come up and help keep things moving

  • Work closely with your teammates and other departments

Some days are busy so being able to stay calm organized and focused is important.

What were looking for

  • Fluent English spoken and written

  • Experience working with customers

  • Comfortable handling several things at the same time

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

  • Able to work independently and stay on top of tasks

Its a plus if youve worked with international customers or in coordination-type roles before.

Youll start with a 4-week face-to-face training at our Bangkok office where youll learn how everything works step by step.

Youll sit with the team go through real cases and get comfortable with the systems workflows and daily routines. By the time you finish training youll understand how everything works and wont be left figuring things out on your own.

After that youll continue working remotely with ongoing support from the team whenever needed.

Working hours

Youll work from Thailand while supporting our Australia team.

Working hours are 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday to Friday depending on Australian daylight saving.

You follow Melbourne business hours and Victorian public holidays.

The upside is you finish early in the afternoon in Bangkok and have the rest of the day free.

Location

WFH remotely within Thailand with the expectation of occasional travel to Bangkok for training team meetups and company events.
