As a Content/Cleaning Technician youll bring care and attention to every detail handling belongings and properties with respect. From packing out treasured items to cleaning and restoring them youll play a vital role in helping families and businesses get back on their feet after disaster strikes.

What Youll Do:

Pack protect and transport customer belongings from damaged properties with care.
Clean sanitize and deodorize contents affected by water smoke and fire.
Restore residential and commercial spaces damaged by disasters.
Assist with documenting tracking and warehousing client contents using technology.
Support remediation and restoration crews as needed.
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What Were Looking For:

Previous cleaning experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to wear full PPE as required.
Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:

Experience in the restoration industry.
IICRC certifications such as FSRT CPT UFT or CCT.
Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle Assured Packout).
Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment.
Remediation or construction experience.
First Aid certification.
