Your role:

We are looking for a People Specialist to help build and scale THEKERs People function during a phase of exponential growth.

Your mission will be to bring structure clarity and execution to how we hire onboard and develop talent as the company scales at high velocity.

You will work directly with founders and leadership to ensure we maintain exceptional talent density while increasing hiring speed and strengthening our organizational foundations.

What were looking for

We want someone with a strong ownership mindset comfortable operating in ambiguity and capable of executing fast with high standards.

You should combine structured thinking with strong judgment and be ready to build processes from scratch.

  • Degree in Business Psychology Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in People Talent Acquisition or similar roles in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with high autonomy.
  • Fluent English.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. 100% on-site role.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech startups or deep-tech environments.
  • Experience hiring technical profiles such as engineers or industrial roles.
  • Experience building onboarding and performance frameworks from scratch.
  • Exposure to fast-scaling organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and improve end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Design and execute onboarding frameworks that scale.
  • Help define role clarity and organizational structure as headcount grows.
  • Build internal documentation and basic People systems.
  • Maintain high hiring standards while increasing velocity.
  • Contribute to shaping THEKERs People foundations as we scale.

  1. Intro call with Martín (Chief of Staff).
  2. Practical case at our offices (2h).
  3. Conversation with the founders.
  4. Cultural fit conversation.
