Position Summary

The Human Resources Intern will support Victaulics HR team in delivering strategic HR services across the organization. This hands-on internship offers exposure to employee relations performance management organizational effectiveness HR analytics policy administration and talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment while contributing to projects that support our people and enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR consultation and solutions to assigned business units
  • Assist with employee relations activities including policy interpretation investigation support and documentation
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting performance review coordination and employee development planning
  • Conduct HR data analysis including headcount reporting turnover metrics compensation analysis and organizational structure reviews
  • Assist with organizational effectiveness initiatives including change management workforce planning and process improvement projects
  • Create and maintain HR documentation including organizational charts position descriptions process guides and presentation materials
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with internal communications and HR program rollouts
  • Conduct research on HR best practices industry trends and benchmarking data to support business partner initiatives

Qualifications

Required:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or related field
  • Rising junior or senior preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization
