Position Summary
The Human Resources Intern will support Victaulics HR team in delivering strategic HR services across the organization. This hands-on internship offers exposure to employee relations performance management organizational effectiveness HR analytics policy administration and talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment while contributing to projects that support our people and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR consultation and solutions to assigned business units
- Assist with employee relations activities including policy interpretation investigation support and documentation
- Support performance management processes including goal setting performance review coordination and employee development planning
- Conduct HR data analysis including headcount reporting turnover metrics compensation analysis and organizational structure reviews
- Assist with organizational effectiveness initiatives including change management workforce planning and process improvement projects
- Create and maintain HR documentation including organizational charts position descriptions process guides and presentation materials
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist with internal communications and HR program rollouts
- Conduct research on HR best practices industry trends and benchmarking data to support business partner initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or related field
- Rising junior or senior preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional demeanor strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization
