Job Summary

Responsible for advising and assisting users in solving problems related to hardware software networks and peripherals using available technology. Studies and analyzes systems needs troubleshoots technical problems and trains users. Assists in the development selection and installation of information center tools. Evaluates new and existing software products. Advises users on the interpretation of IS reports and report capabilities limitations etc. A degree in related fields of study or equivalent experience
