Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Technical Lead / Planning SME

Location: Quincy MA (2 days/week onsite) Relocation accepted

Type: Long Term Contract (C2C / W2)

Overview:
Seeking a senior Oracle EPM Cloud SME to lead enterprise finance planning and reporting solutions combining technical leadership with deep FP&A domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and support Oracle EPM Cloud Planning / EPBCS solutions
Develop calc scripts business rules and planning process workflows
Optimize performance and tune rules for large-scale planning applications
Manage data loads Data Management processes and metadata/dimension builds
Integrate GL systems and implement reconciliation controls
Collaborate with Finance & FP&A teams to align planning processes
Provide production support enhancements and system improvements
Automate processes using PowerShell Batch and optional Python scripting

Requirements:

10 years of Oracle EPM experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
Expertise in EPBCS/Planning; experience with Essbase FCCS HFM EDMCS/DRM/DRG
Experience designing planning cycles and business process alignment
Strong calc scripts business rules and performance tuning skills
Data integration metadata management and dimension build experience
PowerShell and batch scripting expertise (Python a plus)
Experience integrating with GL systems and reconciliation processes
Finance / FP&A domain experience with stakeholder collaboration
Production support and enhancement experience
