Job Summary

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to join a major systems engineering project. The consultant will lead design workshops with business and IT stakeholders configure and implement SAP PM modules and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role requires strong expertise in asset management preventive maintenance and work order management along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead design workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
Configure and implement SAP PM modules (maintenance planning work orders equipment management notifications).
Manage asset management preventive maintenance and work order workflows.
Ensure integration of PM with other SAP modules.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Provide updates to senior management and support testing activities.

Qualifications:

5 years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience (8 years preferred).
3 5 years of SAP Asset Management experience.
Proven expertise in work order management and preventive maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Telecommunications or Aerospace industries.
Advanced proficiency (P3) in SAP PM.
Industry certifications (preferred).
